Ross smith alluded to the selling off of derma several months ago. He bantered around 20-30 million (our cut). Peter King has come out recently and suggested it (timing?) and Roby has made it clear on numerous occasions they see them selves as a Pharma company.
All pointing towards that IMO...what the share price will do will depend on what they get for it I guess. If it’s $25+Million for us I’d expect a big bounce as it pretty much removes CR for the next couple of years and maybe forever if cannepil, cbd and other pharma sales come close to expectations. The other main benefits I see;
*VC monkey off our back for good
*More rapid expansion of Malta
*fast tracking of clinical trials
Tuesday will be interesting but since it’s Friday I’ll have a couple of beers and celebrate early!
