Background: I've seen mentioned before that TAW has no debt
1. So this new debt is to support amal so can fulfill asx req re liquidity?
2. Inspite of this, amal ended up with the larger piece of pie?
3. Is amal's debt a sudden thing that taw did not uncover during dd before merger proposal?
