expensive, lengthy, and still very basic.....lots of issues relating to China infrastructure not being up to scratch. I'm sure they would still be there except for the fact that they were told by their major shareholders to stop spending money on Asia while Australia is still costing. Once Aus is right, they may go back, although Baker, in his diminished role, may not have the stomach for it.....
