the grades were very good eh

Clearly demonstrates the highgrade nature of Tennant Creek and surrounds.

Grades at rising sun will actually look pretty boring when compared to some of the grades at Juno etc 680g/t, lol.

When the majors were running Juno they had a mining cut off grade of around 20g/t. Even the stope which they used to fill old shafts is reputed to be around 7 g/t.

They stopped mining when gold price hit low $200's and walked away leaving all that gold (and copper) lying around for Excalibur to find, with a huge data set as the treasure map.
