To be fair on old Tunksy, the joined the company shortly after the peak of the hype buying.
I think it's a bit rough to lay people's hype buying losses at his feet.
From what I can see he is doing what a geologist does in an economical fashion.
The drilling didn't go the way you wanted it to - no point getting angry at him, he didn't put the material in the ground or push the price up to 10 cents (he wasn't even with the company then).
