With regards to Takada, i would be reasonably sure that they know about PGL if not have had talks with them. After all Liver is predominantly Asian.

I woulds think at this stage PGL management just want more than the market is willing to pay for PI-88. If the ph3 trail rolls over in 20 months, this could change.
