I know media has reports of RE prices softening in Syd/Melb.
I wondered if any readers are watching sale price trends closely in their neighbourhoods for free-standing houses in Canberra 2017-18.
We are on a ~20 y o block in Nicholls and prices look firm - no softening I can see. I expect the new Labor Govt will not reduce public service numbers.
