You are all way out of line. Go back to her appointment- it was foreshadowed that she would be given a special allocation of shares to assist with her relocation expenses from Australia and that these would probably be sold to pay for the set up expenses in NZ. And that's exactly what happened - this has been foreshadowed by the A2 Board and Jane herself as the most tax- efficient way to deal with one off relocation costs. It is clear none of you were paying much attention to the terms of her deal. Moreover her salary is much much less than that at Jetstar- she is relying on the share price to provide the necessary renumeration adjustment, Total vote of confidence. Just calm down!
