just an interesting aside to all this talk of Gold
Copper has historically been an added bonus to gold production at Tennant Creek.
I think warrego produced 100,000t of Cu and Juno contained a fair bit also.

current LME price is $US 8730t
GoldmanSachs predicts $US9000t 2008 and $US10000t 2009
CreditSuisse $US12000t 2008
I have plucked this figure out of nowhere but lets say EXM found say 20,000t copper (remembering Warrego had 100ooot) and price was $US9000t (lowest estimate) that is $US180m
Very pie in the sky but worth keeping in mind
