this CR was a no good, stinking, terrible, horrible, pathetic, mates rates, dodgy, deal.
call me cynical, but I say this CR was for Purcell to rest easy knowing MAY have the money to pay back the debt he guaranteed; 80M options at 2.2c still there for him. I have nothing against the fella, but this CR did no shareholders any favours. blew upward share price momentum. if BOD made a bad decision, it needs to be called out. only winners are those privileged enough for a quick 11% gain with no risk. how about us longterm believers? I do not trust the Board anymore, only taking care of themselves. It was a disgusting decision and ASIC should look into BOD's conduct. can not blame pip traders taking profit with this kind of unprofessional conduct from the board.
Alright, got it off my shoulders and off my chest. let's move forward and look towards the next 6 months.
