well Lift's "approved securities" list looks pretty legit to me. I only spotted one or two shares which mainstream margin lenders won't lend on. And if the notes are to be believed, they required customers to diversify their holdings.
It will be very interestng to see if this has been brought down by one or two large dodgy customers.
