    I know how you feel, my brother was advised by his broker (TOO OFTEN) to sell just before the share went up ALOT....
    I have never used a broker, Direct Google searches of directors and managers , by NAME , then by NAME "company", then by NAME "ASIC", etc provide a reliable "feel" of the company.
