    I'm a betting man and from what is coming out with the hand in the first photo showing Slater using it in the tackle then in the second photo Feki then pushes his arm out and up to fend Slater away. No case.

    Its a split second but initially slater uses his hand in some way.

    He'll get off with evidence to support it. imo
