As a novice in understanding the machinations of mining finance, I would like to stimulate a debate as to which is the better option.
Would in our case(AIM)the share price drop in the same proportion as recent dilution has effected,if finance was obtained against the known or estimated value in the ground.
Surely for any finance organization to accept shares as a surety must assume that their investment is to be realized out of the ground,so what is the answer?
