Well ok - If I were 123enen and I had sold - & I based that decision on the fact that no matter which way you cut the Cheese - Ownership of PH72 is Ambigious, then after making that decision I would also let people knowy reasons for selling ,I will personally send an email to MS (in my best retail prose) about this issue, and will share the response if allowed. Personally, if I am not satisfied with the answer I will sell my holdoing (and before anyone panicks 100,000 shares wont flood the market)

As far as speculative shares go, I am prepared to take as much risk as is warranted. the issue to my mind is "the representation given by the company"

I believe MS is a tireless and commited CEO- But I cannot ignore the SP performance of late, nor can I ignore the performance of CVI's peers in comparison...will let you know when I know!
