gwr shareholders dont want shares that are not supported by fundamental assets and we certainly dont want shares in a company where 30 million may come onto the market at any time. Do you know anyone who wants 30 million fas shares? Nope, me neither. The only asset they have of any real value is gwr shares.
So why on earth would anyone in their right mind give up their gwr shares which have assets to support its market price for fas shares that depend on gwr for its value.
IF FAS WANT MY GWR SHARES THEN SHOW ME THE MONEY
But I would accept PMM shares provided it is at the right ratio because they are a solid mining company with great assets to support their share price and so the s/p is unlikely to crumble the day after I accept.
