I'm fairly new to LYC so I'm sorry if my knowledge is below that of most on this forum. I'm wondering if anybody could help with my curiosities below.
Obviously Lynas mines and process rare earth oxides in Australia and then ships them to Malaysia for refining. So I see LYC as having two assets. In light of what's going on I'm wondering:
1 - How much was invested in LAMP in Malaysia? My understanding is that it's about AUD 1bn.
2 - How much has been invested in Mt Weld? I'm just wondering how much of the "book value" of LYC is in Malaysia.
3 - Is it feasible to dismantly LAMP and relocate it?
