Another thought that I have - this review can at the end be a 'blessing in disguise' in that it may result in finally a resolution on the waste residue disposal issue. This review will force everyone to be aligned on a proposed solution at least and should mean there's no longer any uncertainty on the issue. All the reviews thus far has proven the plant to be safe and not environmentally damaging. They won't find anything new this time.
