Neil_WA - I think you overlook the reality of the old golden rule of he with the gold rules. Without any specific knowledge I suspect BAS would have preferred Tara but believe BAS were not in any position to dictate, it was Apache's call. The nature of a farmin of this type does not mean BAS reserves the right to dictate the well location. There is not any question of a "substandard target selection from Apache". If you want to look to experience, just look to the experience Apache has in drilling wells. (As to Shell experience, Henry Askin certainly served with them, but I am not aware that Geoffrey Albers or Andrew Adams ever did, while the Chairman, Bernard Wheelahan, may know the name.)
