    On can buy a fair bit of leverage with $1.8m...one might suggest a pretty significant step?

    Matanda in tow or not, the end result...ie, the big picture for Cameroon...will be just the same.
    In a previous life some would have seen this...now it seems they do not, or simply choose not to.
