Thanks. I think that the likelihood of a ceo new to the job immediately selling out on the basis of inside information (ie insider trading) is about as near to zero as you could get. The sp drop is because the result while very good is not the absolutely astronomical one which only could have pleased some.
I put in a small low bid on the off chance that the price would fall. When I saw how much it fell I lowered it and it has not been hit. Would have been today if I hadn't lowered it. I'm not fussed whether I get them or not, I just prefer round numbers.
