ECT is definitely heading in the right direction from a growth perspective. The major drawback for investors are the unknown costs involved in delivering on their business strategies. ECT has clearly stated that they will be going to the market to raise more funds which no doubt has scared off new investors.

The question is how much does ECT intend to raise and at what price and when do they expect to raise the funds?

I honestly believe that these issues and the fact that ECT has extended their timeframes to deliver on some critical milestones has impacted on market sentiment and the share price.
