Did anyone really expect any less than a default notice?
I wouldn't be surprised if ASIC takes a look at this, the SP tripled on the back of it and there was obviously no substance to it and not much DD done on Varm Cosmo which many posts on here warned about.
Good luck at MGC trying to recover $$ from a foreign entity unless they have already put a half mill deposit down.
