why is the share price down.

I am new to HC and investing and have a question.

The following notice was given by Delta Partners, LLC
this morning.

The holder ceased to be a substantial holder on 10/04/2008
The previous notice was given to the company on 08/03/2006
The previous notice was dated 14/03/2006

Unless my math is wrong that means that they got about $ 1.63 ps.

So, can anybody explain why shareprice is going down to $ 1.03 ????
