I just spoke to H.O.who seems to have no problems with their email. There is no generic email receipt sent to senders. The receptionist will ask the person who handles the emails to phone me tomorrow.
As a matter of interest, how many people have emailed the Company and not received any reply please? I would expect to be asked or why I believe folk get no reply.
