Given the flow so far, evidence can be 'found' or 'lost' by the respective Malaysian authorities so at the present moment during this political rollercoaster, the anti corruption agency, MACC, could possibly 'discover' evidence of an affidavit could suddenly reveal itself to indicate that some sort of corporate malfeasance could be in play.
Methinks the LYC on the ground at the time of LAMP inception may not have understood the full implications.
