    Absolutely, and perhaps I should clarify that by informing shareholders I meant if timelines were significantly delayed

    We all must understand that for a junior company AGY is not exactly under the radar though and some short term holders will have bought based on imminent news having seen this stock's ability to jump quickly in the past. If no Ann comes this week, with no explanation, then some will sell off.
