@shanem a question for you also. A 2 for 11 issue means 18.18% of issued capital could be issued. If you are attaching a 1 for 1 option then you are using 36.36% of issued capital which is over the 7.1 and 7.1a listing rules.
Will you restrict the issue of fully paid shares to 12.5% (or not expect everyone to take up their allotment and restrict what the underwriters can take) or be passing a resolution for the issue at the AGM? Or am I just plain wrong in including options in the calcs?
