Considering the newly formed ALC is yet to kick any real goals and they are already discussing further share placement / employee incentive measures (with no clear parameters). I am not enthused by this at all as a long term holder.
Almost feels like a boys-club hand out as they ALC board hold the overwhelming majority of shares.
