Sadly, as many, many CRs have shown beforehand - that has never yet been the case. Doesn't mean it won't be this time though.
It should also be considered that in order to find someone to tip in at 10-13c, they had to go to a Chinese consortium as no one in Australia or the USA where the company is based would put their hands in their pockets.
