Totally true , but the quality of the real estate and hence it's value uplift is directly related to the well delivery and performance. The market understands/ responds to positive well results and today's action is proof of that so the more well related announcements the better IMO.
Post payout the well performance will help pay for BRK's operating / corporate expenses with more cash available for non off balance sheet investment.
Even though non the aim of the MAIN GAME, if they can drill a few wells from their own cash they will access the cashflow immediately, as well as benefit from the acreage valuation uplift.
By the way, in regards to realestate, another 5 leases picked up so yearly count now at 146...
