Luzon lost all legal rights to the propety as they have no cash and in their court documents gave up all legal right. RAU on the other hand are aware that the property is legally up for grabs and as such have all rights to purchase the property or enter into negotiations.

I don't know maybe Luzon can seek advice from their Bolivian legal council as they obviously have faith in Luzon's claim...............
