Yes like you I had  noticed that an immune  response was reported in all patients, I expect that you are correct in saying that this type of response would not be normal except that in this case the vaccine would be responsible, and very happy to see it.

Another thing to remember is that Leslie once mentioned that a big pharma company could / might make a move (to partner) from the results of half a dozen or so positive results. So maybe those few patients that Imugene is planning to vaccinate on the tail end of the trial is being done in order to fulfil  that possibility.

- The charting folk have said that recently (while the share price has been in the 2.1 - 2.4 range) that a lot of accumulating has been taking place, an observation that to me rings true (even purchased some more myself while it has been in this range).

I suspect that due to the take over of the relevant Mayo Clinic IP that a number of US  (and other well informed investors that may have been part of that research team and others) have  possibly scrapping up IMU shares while the share price is down.

  

Would not be surprised if close to 25,000,000 shares maybe more,  might now be required to be listed in the top 20, which in my thinking would be good sign to see.
