Just for clarity, the first reference to recognition of Ohm revenue was in the July 28 2017 ASX Market Release and said:

"The Company's policy will be to begin recognising revenues only after any evaluation period has expired and the customer has transitioned to a paid contract. At that point, revenue will be recognised ratably over the contracted period. For example, if a client signs a 3-year contract for $54k, we will recognise only $1,500 per month - even if the client pays 100% of the total contract value up front. While this means that revenues will layer on more slowly, we consider this a more prudent and appropriate approach.......".

In view of the above, I don't think that element qualifies for a "fail".
