I note brian frith in todays Australian finally picked up the theme of Non disclosure by ANZ as to their "Ownership"
The boss of Minters has already stated publically ..We (ANZ) have always owned the securities..pursuant to the back to back AMSL..not through the $95m charge
My point is ANZs non disclosure was causal in creating this mess
I am not caught ..but a friend of mine overseas has his hole portfolio with Opes/ANZ
ASIC now view it as a sale with the right to repurchase and insisted ANZ disclose
