joint venture partner proves up, page-3

Somewhere in the material SUR / CVN said their joint venture area was similar geology to CVN/POE. Also there was a historic well in the SUR / CVN lease that had found oil but not an economic flow at that time.
Alot of the CVN / POE activity has been around old wells with better methods and high oil price making it economic,
along with plain good results along the way.
So the similarity is attractive, and the JV partner CVN will become progressivly more cashed up if progress continues. Still nothing is certain, but a good speculative bet.
