No, it will be at every large major military base in the US, with the logistics to get it to where it is needed, that's how the the massive entity that is the US government and military handles emergency preparedness.

Everyone here needs to start doing some DD on the US government, its readiness programs and it;s procurement programs. Its like a company with millions of employees with the fines logistics plan in existence.

In case you didn't know it the spending bill for the entire 2019 calendar year is already being put together, its massive 1000's of pages long, all the decisions for ReCell are being made as we speak by the different departments HHS DOD UN (our part not the UN in general we allot X amount of dollars to the UN every year in out spending bills and those decisions will be made in the coming month so that the bill can be written, gone over and approved before signing in January 2019.

That's where I wondered who would get news first, won't here about it till bill is approved in late Nov/early Dec but ReCell and departments will know before then so that guidance for Avita to plan manufacture/assembly. If a US department tweets is out or releases news first or would Avita on your side one of us will be bumming as the price will rocket while the other sleeps, that's where I said starting in November it will be a crap shoot trying to play the stock.

Not hyping the thing just trying to throw water on the fires many here wish to start I helped this AM topped off 11k (220k) of someones shares this am @ 1.79 price now 1.85-1.87 just doing my part to lock the float.
