I feel the same way to be honest. I've also seen takeovers that cause the same course of action that we are seeing here. If ASIC does step in it will cause a delay and a hit to sentiment but it does appear that MXC are confident in the announcements released and the contract that was signed which is why they have issued the breach of contract notice.
I guess we'll find out today if there's more to be concerned about though. An extension will be a pretty good indication. I'm thinking we should see an announcement before market open and if not then I don't think we'll be getting good news. Imo.
