I am sorry but, it will have nothing to do with the BARDA warehouse, it was handled through BARDA but ReCell shall be kept in may locations around the United States for the Health and Human Services for Preparedness and Response BARDA was just navigating the process and working with Avita as an arm of the HHS.

The US stores most of its EP&R inventory at major US military bases around the US which is overseen by the military with HHS oversight. In a national emergency the National Guard fir then military with be utilized thus the reason for where inventories are held.

Logistics will be taken care of by the military which is a well run machine. Timing who knows of course, but, one thing I am afraid you are terribly wrong on and all the questioning you do of what I am saying will not change how the government is run here in the US and how funds are allocated. There are emergency allocations that can be made which would go to the House Oversight Committee as they control the purse strings in the US.

But for the set funds to every single solitary office, person scrap of paper that is planned for use in 2019 is being decided on now and has been. There are tens of thousands involved all going through their own departments whether is be DOD DOE HHS etc. the bill is 1000's of pages long, and decisions are being made now. When will it be known to Avita the company, who knows, but, I would imagine it would not be in January when its signed. Maybe that is part of the guidance they will give in the next 60 days, as they are for sure working with HHS through BARDA to answer all the questions that one may have, how many can be supplied, when etc etc. these things must be known before they can go into the bill, if it does not go in then it will be an entirely different thing and will have to be added to an emergency spending bill or allocation bill added as an amendment to another bill/law being passed.

No one speaking of the burn numbers is simply as its not relevant the 400K number is absurd as it does not really focus on just who could get use from ReCell, one could conservatively guess 10,000-20,000 in a year through the US burn units and hospitals. I said I believed a first order for many of the burn centers would be 10-15 which is also absurd as its ridiculously low 1 kit 10% of the body. But, I did not want the discussion to get into wild numbers being thrown around so I said 10-15 for the 123 burn centers.

So the 400K number was discussed and played down to and absurd number on the other side of the scale. Its irrelevant, everyone knows we are talking at the end of the day with government contracts burn centers and aid to other countries definitely about the number that the company guessed 200 million.

Which is not a wild number and judging by the cost of them even if it were only 5K per, its very doable.

Lastly that the company officers right now, can they get the job done, are they good enough. I haven't a clue where that came from, they are run down for being paid to much but that is because of their experience at large multi-nationals then their qualifications are questioned? They are ither overqualified and overpaid for having their backgrounds or they are not which is it?

I think doubt is just being sprinkled out there and its not hard to wonder why.

I don't understand your questions mostly as 9 times out of 10 they are absurd, or irrelevant they boggle the mind.

Being conservative is good, being overtly untruthful while trying to sound sincere and cautious is not.

The biggest thing AVH AVMXY faces now is being taken care of the float is being locked up so that it will trade fairly without manipulation, in a week or so, it will be done, until then you have your job to do, and I just try and thwart you and others bizarre comments and statements with a rational explanation.
