I could be completely wrong but I did go back and look at the performance rights issue within the last 12 months. The milestones that were met to be entitled to performance shares was the successful issue of GMP certification. I believe they were also issued with unlisted options at 12.5c and with an expiry of March 2021 and unlisted options at 15c with an expiry of June 2021.
As far as I could tell there were no shares issued in relation to the Varm Cosmo contract.
