Thanks for your assistance fellow Hotcopperians!!
Note: I was informed that i was locked out and to call this number etc, etc
I sat on the phone for 2 hours - no answer, FRUSTRATED!!!!
I went onto the site.
I entered my investor number and then entered my password in CAPITALS.
I got in!!!!
I then created a four digit pin and the rest is now history!!
Don't bother trying to contact ANZ.
Give this a go first.
p.s i still hate ANZ GUTS!!!!
