Simple.
You do not have a monopoly on mad people.
Israel has them as well........
They have criminals...and they have jails....
They have traitors......
Who knows what motivates people to glorify terrorism.....??
Many artists are mad....
Van Gough was brilliant....yet cut of an ear?

On another tangent, I remember the days when ambassadors were prancing around Idi Amin....speaking their usual politically correct crap...
