re: another thread on ppl that missed the property
There's a lot of pissed off people here that obviously either missed the property boom or are look for property and want it to fall. I bet these same people are prepared to put there money into a company with no revenue and dodgy directors that promise the earth and deliver nothing. So you believe in a company that is capitalised at 20 million that drills holes in the ground but can bag someone for paying 300k for a 3 bedroom house close to a capital city. hmmmmmm...... just think about that.... I invest in both property and shares and believe in them both if bought and sold for the right price! Or i think you can call it 'common sense' as well i think.
ps. I don't wish for a property or share crash for the hurt it would cause, but i guess not everyone thinks as i do.
