I was actually happy with the appointment. Im familiar with her work from Jetstar days.
Howvever, there's something uneasy about this whole thing....
She's sold ALL her shares...thats the problem. She was compensated for her remuneration in QAN which came by way of shares. Let's say she was supposed to receive $1m....she would technically receive 100,000 shares at $10.00 (for example). The share price has soared since her appointment so why sell all? Why not sell the amount that would fund the tax bill and unearned income?
and now others have followed suit. Worrying to say the least.
