    Seems like an OK deal for VIV at present. I wouldn't mind getting the 11% but the conversion price of at least 5c is positive. Wonder whether they will still have a CR or not now. Still guessing "Yes" but haven't re-looked at my reasons. Lets hope for some progress at the next quarterly.
