Victor Harbor is a nice place.

I really like it, family and I owned a B and B next to the main caravan park (beach side one)

The main issue with Victor...

age of population
Employment or lack of
2 seasons......hot and cold.

I still do get down there every few months
(great around easter) but I wouldn't buy down there.

I think inland towards Strathalbyn is the go at the moment.
I like the area and plenty happening...new mine etc.

Victor...great when your in your 50's perhaps.
