The tourism industry is very fickle, and just because you can buy out a successful business does not mean that you can continue the success of that business. It is quite often the relationships held by key staff that create competitive advantages. Blaming the weather alone for re-assessing guidance was the big alarm bell. More underlying problems will emerge. I'm waiting for a clean-out of management, and then see who comes in to pick up the pieces. There is definitely potential for big profits at some point.
