equinox or oxiana

Have been an ivestor in the Ox for a few years now and quite happy, and looking to put a few more dollars in as I like the copper story.
Thinking some diversification might be wise though and have been looking at Eqn.
Impressive resource. They have spent truck loads so far and seem to have the biggest, newest equipment available.
Expected output 2009 373m lbs cu is very nice at current cu price.
How do you rate the country risk compared to Laos where Ox is?
The tax issue is there too, although not seen as a too big a negative.
Any comments re the managers / are they as good as Hegarty and his team?.
