Im not sure BVA is a great target right now. It is a great company, but all its customers are the major banks worldwide who are falling on hard times.
If they are looking to maintain profit forecasts with mortgage write downs, what better idea than delaying some non-essential IT projects, or putting any new project or service expansion spending on hold.
