yes it would be dangerous for government to allow a delay and i do not think they would take that chance. why should the minister bear the responsibility for holding things up when the process has been open for weeks. more likely they will just allow a 'non-complying tender' to be submitted late but it does not bode well for mis/yilgarn. mind you if they can't even agree on how to do thier tender privately without a public slinging match then why would government entrust a multi-million dollar piece of infrastructure to them. it might already be 'game over' for mis/yilgarn.
